PreceviaLaw ("PreceviaLaw," "we," "us," or "our") is a software platform operated by Flow Network Group, LLC ("Company"). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use our website, software platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). PreceviaLaw does not sell personal data and does not use financial or legal practice data for advertising purposes.

Name, email address, business or firm name, bar number and jurisdiction if applicable, account login information, and billing information.
Device information, IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, timestamps, and platform usage data.
Information you upload or enter into the platform, including client information, documents, billing records, and trust or financial account information.
If you connect financial accounts to PreceviaLaw, we use Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to access financial account information on your behalf. By connecting your account, you authorize PreceviaLaw and Plaid to access account balances, transaction history, and account ownership information.
PreceviaLaw does not store your bank login credentials. Plaid's Privacy Policy is available at https://plaid.com/legal/#privacy-policy. You may disconnect access at any time.
We use collected information to provide and operate the Services, generate reports, improve performance, provide customer support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your legal or financial data for advertising or AI training.
We do not sell personal or client information. We may share information with service providers, integrations you authorize, or when required by law.
PreceviaLaw is software only and does not hold, receive, transmit, or store funds. All funds remain in accounts held at your financial institution.
We use encryption, secure infrastructure, and access controls to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure.
We retain data only as necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations.

PreceviaLaw is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.
