Do you offer a 30-day money-back guarantee?

Yes. Precevia offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days, you may request a refund.

What is your refund policy?

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase date to qualify under the money-back guarantee.

Refund eligibility guidelines:
  • The request must be made within 30 days of the first payment date
  • The subscription must be a new purchase (not a renewal)
  • Refunds apply to subscription fees paid directly to Precevia
  • Taxes and third-party processing fees may not be refundable
